BACARRA - Episode 5.7
Bacarra is a warlock from the future. He claims that Cole sent him to tell him to kill Pheobes boyfriend, Miles (who is being hunted down by the Angel of Death) because she eventually dies trying to save him. When Cole refuses, Bacarra meets up with his present self and reels him in to help him steal the book of shadows so they, well, he, can take over the underworld.

Powers
The future Bacarra killed a Witch by saying something in an unknown language, so we know that his future self is very powerful, unlike his present who was just using an anthamae.

Vanquish
Bacarra didn't need to be vanquished because Piper went back in time to make sure Phoebe didn't save Miles, which means Cole had no reason to send Bacarra back from the future.
BANSHEE - Episode 3.21
A rare demon who wanders the earth, feeding on souls in great pain.

Spell to track a Banshee

The piercing cry that feeds on pain,
And leaves more sorrow than it gains,
Shall now be heard by one who seeks,
To stop the havoc that it wreaks.

Powers
Hunting only at night, this demon uses her voice as a high pitched call to locate a victim by hearing their inner cry. They do this by zeroing in on the waves of pain that emanate from the stricken.
They hunt for their victims with a high pitch call, something beyond our range to hear. Then their call turns into a scream that bursts their victims blood vessels and kills.

Vanquish
Blown up with Piper's molecular combustion power.
BARBAS - Episodes 1.13, 2.9, 5.6, 6.18 & 7.1
Barbas is the demon of fear.

Powers
He makes his victims re-live their greatest fears so they die from the pain of them. For example, he made Piper watch the moment her father left when they were children. He made her feel that her happiness would never last, and the pain was so intense that it almost killed her.

Vanquish
Barbas has been vanquished a grand total of 4 times because for some reason he couldn't be vanquished completely. His body was left in purgatory. One time he got out of purgatory by projecting himself to the sisters and invading their thoughts. This way he got Paige to strip Cole's powers so he could step into them. He was vanquished once and for all in season 7.
BELTHAZOR AKA Cole Turner - Episodes 3.1 to 5.11 & 7.16
Disguising himself as the Assistant District Attorney, Cole/Belthazor fell in love with Phoebe, which created a great struggle for him to choose between good or evil.

Powers
Energy balls, shimmering and shape shifting were among a few of his many powers. In season 5, he was also invincible.

Vanquish
Cole was eventually vanquished by a potion after he changed the path of the future. He joined forces with the Avatars and arranged for time to be reversed so that Paige was dead and the Charmed ones never re-constructed after Prue died. This also meant that he wasn't invincible anymore.

BOSK - Episode 6.14
Bosk hoped to resurrect the lost city of Zanbar; a city of magic. He searched the deserts with his army of 40 thieves and planned to wish the city back with Jinny, his genie, but he failed.

Powers
He shoots light darts at his victims. He also used the Eye of Aghbar, an amulet that protected him against witches magic.

Vanquish
By Jinny, a demon in disguise as a Genie. She used a fireball.

The charmed Ones also made a potion to vanquish him.

THE BROTHERHOOD OF THE THORN - Episode 3.19 & 3.20
An alead gang of demons who have been hand-picked by the Source and answer directly to him. They have made a blood oath to serve and help each other until they die.
Belthazor was a part of the Brotherhood until he betrayed them by killing the triad.
Raynor (pictured), the leader of the Brotherhood, converted Cole/Belthazor back to the evil side.

Powers
They are all upper level demons, so have the ability to throw lightening bolts and fire balls from the palms of their hands.

Vanquish
One member, Vornac, was vanquished by phoebe with a potion.
Another Member, Tarkin, was killed with Piper's molecular combustion power.
Raynor was killed by Belthazor with a knife.
