CAPTAIN JACK BLACK CUTTING - Episode 7.4
A cursed pirate who was kidnapping and prematurely ageing witches, just as he was cursed and aged by a witch hundreds of years ago.

Powers
He ages the witches by cutting them with a cursed dagger. Paige got nicked by the dagger and aged rapidly.

Vanquish
He got the witches to steal a golden chalice from the museum. It would activate the fountain of youth, which is what was needed to return Paige to her normal state. Captain Jack Black Cutting drank some of the water from the fountain and became young again after the sisters activated it with this spell:

With these offerings, I call on thee,
The Goddess of fertility,
Rise now, show us the truth,
Give us the gift of eternal youth.

Captain JBC ordered his men to kill the sisters without helping Paige, and because he had made a pirates oath to help her and broke it, his men killed him. His men then turned to dust.
CHAMELEON DEMON - Episode 4.06
Powers
Chameleon's are shape shifting demons. They have the ability to turn into any object at will, which makes them good at gathering information without being detected.

Chameleon's can travel from place to place by shimmering.

Vanquish
A Chameleon demon was vanquished by Piper after he was ordered by the source to invade her mind and convince her that her powers were just a hallucination.

THE COLLECTORS - Episodes 2.07
Powers
Warlocks with needle like fingers which are inserted into people heads to gather information quickly. This also causes memory loss in victims. The Collectors can restore taken information.

Vanquish
In this episode, Piper and Prue could read each others mind after a spell went wrong, so they used it to their advantage and managed to make the collectors zap each other out of existance.
CREE - Episode 5.05
Cree is the son of the Gypsy Hunter, Orrin, and he went on a rampage to destroy Gypsies to help his father.

Powers
Cree could shoot electricity from his hands. He used it to burn Gypsies eyes out so he could take them to his father.

Vanquish
He was vanquished by a potion made by Phoebe.
THE CRONE - Episode 5.15 & 5.19
Powers
A well known upper level demon with the ability to see the future. She used evil monkey magic on the charmed ones. She planted a monkey to jump on the sisters and steal one of their senses: Paiges Voice, Phoebe's hearing and Piper's sight. With the Sisters senses, she hoped to trick Wyatt in order to kidnap him, but she failed.

Vanquish
An upper level demon vanquishing spell.
CRONYN - Episode 5.14
Cronyn is a Sorcerer. When magic disappeared, he tricked the Charmed Ones into meeting up with him and his cronies to discuss how to get it back. They were in fact planning to destroy the Charmed Ones in order to give Cronyn time to steal Piper's unborn baby, who was the new generation of magic

Powers
We don't know what powers Cronyn had because in this episode, magic had disappeared.

Vanquish
As Magic had disappeared, the sisters used scratchings from a unicorn horn because unicorns are the essense of pure magic. Cronyn was vanquished with this unicorn powder and this spell:

CRYTO - Episode 2.17
The demon of vanity.

He bestowed people with Beauty, health and youth in exchange for their souls. Cryto was found out and skinned alive by a group of witches who thought it would keep his spirit from being summoned again, but this did not work. The sister's Aunt Gail summoned him to the present and made him a body made out of human skin so that he would make her young again.

Spell to summon Cryto

We call on the demon Cryto,
Reach back through all the ages.
Humbled by his power,
We invite him into our circle.

Powers
He can grant youth and take it away.

Vanquish
Spell to vanquish Cryto

What witch has done
