GAMMILL - Episode 4.05
Also known as The Collector, Gammill was well known for his passion of collecting one of a kind figurines. He kidnapped young women, shrunk them and moulded them in clay.

He was found out and cursed by a witch to make him appear on the outside as ugly as he was on the inside. Gammill then created a golem, a clay man made out of Gammil's own image. This was so the clay man, Finn, could continue luring women to him.

Powers
A wand that he used to shrink people with.

Vanquish
The Charmed ones shrunk him with his own wand, then cast this spell:

Small of mind,
Big of woe,
The pain you caused
You now will know.

They couldn't have said this spell without shrinking him as they were shrunk at the time and weren't powerful enough to destroy him.
After he was destroyed, they returned to normal size.
GAVIN - Episode 1.08
A demon from the future. He came back to the present to kill all the people responsible for making a vaccine against warlocks in the future.

Powers
He has a third eyeball in the middle of is forehead that burns into victims brains, sucking out information ans killing them in the process.

Vanquish
Prue and Piper thrusted a crowbar into the eye in his forehead, thus killing him.
GITH - Episode 6.06
A demon who feeds on the energy of unfulfilled desire.

Powers
He creates alternate reality's out of people's desires. The victims then self destruct as victims of their own desire.
Gith can also create portals and vortexes of wind to cast people into oblivion.

Vanquish
He was killed when Piper's car blew up and he got caught in the explosion.
GRIMLOCKS - Episode 3.01 & 5.11
Grimlocks live in the sewers. They were vanquished once but returned on 2 years later on Halloween, as that is the time where 'the veils between the worlds thin' and 'the ones who know how can return and get their revenge.'

Powers
Grimlocks take away childrens eyesight which they use to allow themselves to see the auras of powerful forces of good and kill them.

Vanquish
The grimlocks were vanquished with a potion made of shisandra root which blinded them.
GUARDIANS - Episode 3.01
Demons, who steal innocent souls. The guardians are spirits which reside inside mortal criminals. They protect them and help them to spread evil.

Powers
They have an inverted triangle carved into their foreheard. It is an opening by which the Guardians steal innocent souls.
They carve an inverted triangle in their victims heads and chant something while they take their souls.

Vanquish
They are vanquished by being stabbed by a stake that goes right through the triangle on their forehead.
