HECATE - Episode 1.06
Hecate is the Queen of the UnderWorld. She comes to earth every two hundred years. She has to find an innocent, put him under her spell, marry him in a sanctified wedding and become pregnant by him. That way her child would look normal on the outside, but internally and mentally, her child would be pure demon. Hecate feeds on Humans.

Powers
She can cast spells (She cast one to make a thunder storm) and she can Glamour herself to look like a mortal, although she really looks like a hideous demon.

Vanquish
By a poignard (A Knife). Prue used her power of telekenisis to direct her and she was sucked into it. She was banished back to the underworld.
