The Demon of Illusion uses magic to create violence in society.

Powers
He goes into movies (mostly horror movies because the people watching them are already open to violence) and blows some magical dust over the audience members. He then persuades them to fight, and a riot breaks out in the cinemas.
He also sent horror movie characters, like Bloody Mary, after the Charmed Ones.

Vanquish
The Charmed Ones exposed the film he was in to light, which burnt it, and killed him.
