What do you like about Charmed?
What don't I love?? I love all the jokes, they make me laugh out loud. I love the drama, the touching, tear-jerking scenes. I love the suspence, the type that keep you on the corner of the couch, curled up and biting your nails. I love the romance, the stories of love. I love the lessons in the show, ones of hope, inspiration, determination, loyalty, and faith. I love the characters, each and every one of them is awesome. I love the sets, the costumes, the plots, the demons, the spells. I just love how the whole show is magical and entrancing. I love how each and every episode is different and interesting. I just... simply love it all!
Who is your favourite character and why?
Hmm... Well I actually love all of them. Paige is like a little (outspoken) ray of sunshine in the Halliwell line. She's always quirky and upbeat and ready for anything. I love her sarcasm and her sheer love for magic. Phoebe is just a great character alltogether. She's SO realistic. The way her love lifes going, the way shes grown up through the years are all so real. Piper is simply AWESOME. I don't really have any other words. Shes been such a sweet character, and I loved her for that. But during her pregnancy, she was very sarcastic and sadistic almost, and I believe I like that side of her more. You know, her i'm-not-in-a-great-mood-so-don't-mess-with-me-side. I found it hilarious. Last but not least, Prue is also a terrific character. I loved how strong she was, how protective she was. In the later seasons, she showed her more sensitive side, and that just amazed me. I love all the character, and I cannot imagine Charmed being the same, even without some of their most short-lived characters. From Jenny to Dan to Patty to Leo, they all rock. ;)
What is your favourite episode and why?
Ooohh, this is a toughie. All 150+ episodes are unique and funny and full of drama. But if I had to choose some, they would be That 70's Episode, All Halliwells Eve, Long Live the Queen, Centinennial Charmed, Cat House, Sence and Sensability, & The Seven Year Witch. I like episodes that travel back in time, so that would explain my attraction to That 70's Episode, All Halliwells Eve, and Cat House. I love Centinnenial Charmed and Long Live the Queen because I believe that these 2 episodes are EXTREMELY dramatic episodes. In Long Live The Queen, the last few shots are SO amazingly terrific, with Phoebe on her bed crying, and the other 2 instead of trying to talk to her, wordlessly lie down next to her and simply hold her. (It made me cry!) Ilove Sence and Sensibility because it is packed with jokes, and is overall a very hilarious episode. And the Seven Year Witch - lets just say that I cannot resist Julian!!
What is your favourite season overall and why?
I would have to say season 3. Season 3 is the most dramatic and dark season of them all, in my opinion. Shannen Doherty has some amazing scenes, and she is just... at a loss of words, wonderfully brilliant. It has really great demons and crafty spells. Cool costumes, witty lines, and simply great episodes. The departure of Prue was such a shock, and it was a great risk for the production company. They could have lost their fans, but alas... I love all of Charmeds season, but I am going to lean a little bit towards season 3.
Which Charmed Actor would you like to meet the most and why?
I guess that would be Holly. She has come so far, from being a poor kid to a famous actress. It was hard for her, being an only child with no father. But she fought against the odds and made herself a name. I think shes a great actress. She can do drama, she can do comedy, she can do romance... She's such a multi-functional actress. She's absolutely gorgeous and stunning, with a beauty that none of the other 3 sisters posses. She's charismatic, witty, smart, talented. Lets just say she's a "charming" woman. Shes an inspiration to me.
Why should you be the Fan Of The Month?
Firsly, because I am one obsessed fan. I own the trading cards, the Pieceworks cards, the DVD's, the books, the mag... etc. I watch the show daily, and can basically recite each and every episode in my sleep. I ahev probably watched each movie the four actresses have been in, even if they have a blink-and-you'll-miss-me role. I adore the actresses. I even have a Charmed website, that I manage single-handedly. Let's just say I'm so obsessed, my parents at a certain point barred me from the Charmed world. (Heehee but they couldn't keep me away!) Remember when everyone thought Charmed would be canceled? I sent a very touching letter to the Charmed producers, begging to have them keep the show alive. I just love Charmed, and recieveing this "award" for lack of a better word, would be an honor.
