VERSION 1.0
14th May 05 - 30th June 05

I decided to create a Cole/Phoebe/Drake layout after seeing 'Seven Year Witch' - the episode in which Cole returns.

I found some lovely images from A Halliwells Spell and blended them together to make the image. I then added texture and brushes give it that red, grungey look. I don't actually know why I went for red. I just felt like it.

I stopped using this layout because the navigation had started to get on my nerves and look un-organised and I thought it was too gloomy for summertime.

31st June 05 - 10th August 05

This was the first time I ever used tables and I was very happy with the result. I think using tables made it look a lot more professional.

However, I used too much cell spacing and it looked quite cramped, so I decided to change it and change the blend aswell.

I was very happy with this blend though and the only reason I changed it was for the new layout.

11th August 05 - 27th September 05

Best layout so far, in my opinion. I took the cell spacing out of the tables and it looked a lot tidier.
I also loved the composition and arrangement of the blend. The only thing I didn't like was the navigation - it wasn't clear enough.

Overall, I was ultra-pleased with this layout and I suppose the main reason I changed it was because I wanted a complete new color scheme.

I loved this layout because the colour was so refreshing from all the pink i'd used in layout before. I really liked the lighting effect in the blend, and in my opinion, the navigation pretty much rocked too.

I did have this layout up way too long though - about 8 months! I finally got off my butt and made a new layout to celebrate Pure Magic's 1st year online and Charmed's series finale!!

A few weeks ago I would have said that this layout was my favourite. Now... I hate it. With a passion. It just felt so cluttered, which is why i've gone very minimilist this time.

I loved the colour scheme at first, but then got bored, having used it about 3 times.

The header is nicely done, in my honest opinion, but it's slightly in-your-face and large - yes, it was definitely time for a change!

Sooo much better! I honestly loves this layout to death and the only reason i changed it was because I'd had it up for about 6 months! I'm quite proud of the header - it's nice and delicate and I was trying to get away from the boldness of the last layout.

I've used greens before but this time I managed to keep it more mellow.

I suppose one downside was the navigation, because it didn't stand out that much, but it wasn't that big a deal.

Upon writing this I have only just realised that this layout was up for a whole year! How time flies! Well, I loved it, but it has definitely run its course! I remember it taking me a while to do the header because I salvaged it from agaes ago; it was originally going to be the header for the (non-existant) fan fiction archive.

I also wanted a change because I have used this colour scheme way too many times, I must be just comfortable with it or something. I wanted something a bit more bold rather than girly, I need to appeal to male visitors aswell don't I!
